2004 Chinese built locos BB 1060 and BB 1061

Delivered to Phnom Penh in late 2004 but have never worked as they are too heavy for the track and have the wrong type of couplers, they are normally kept hidden away in a shed. Corruption is suspected and they have never been paid for, they are never likely to work in Cambodia. Rare shots to have them photographed outside.
