Enafer No.757 pilots an Alco/MLW on the Puno to Juliaca line at the "El Alto" stop.

The passenger train on the right had been hauled by the Alco/MLW locomotive. At the summit the Alco was uncoupled and went downhill to assist No.757 with a freight in the opposite direction in August 1985
