EFVM type BB36-7

These locomotives are second-hand C30s from various US railroads, adapted to metre gauge and consequently changed from C-C to B-B + B-B

Clearly visible are the grey parts that are the consequences of the lengthening of the base of the longer B-B bogies as compared to the original 3-axled ones.
